Paul Madden

Paul, like all six Madden children, learned much about business by working alongside his parents. “We all held jobs in the summer and on school breaks. It was important to our parents that we work hard.” Paul learned about customer service making deliveries and going on service calls with Bernie. “He had a great ability to listen and empathize. He wanted to ensure that the customer felt that his or her concerns were being heard, respected and taken to heart. “’Always do what’s right,’ was and is the customer service policy. Our family name is on the door and our reputation for doing our very best is what our clients are expecting .” After graduating from the University of Kansas, Paul worked in the non-profit world before joining Madden McFarland.  He loves that there is always a Madden on the first floor when a customer walks in and that he gets to work with his family every day.
