Denise is often the first person a customer hears on the phone or sees when entering the boutique, so she is attuned to customer needs. “I love connecting customers with our designers, whether it is for an interior design project, answering a design question or solving a design dilemma. I have seen the benefits of working with a design professional and it’s wonderful to watch the client develop this same appreciation over the course of a project. Following graduation from the University of Kansas, and living away from Kansas City for several years, Denise joined the firm in 2002. As the fourth of six children, she grew up as a facilitator and nurturer. These gifts naturally translate to her role within the company, as she gets things done, and brings people together.
