Sharon Cooper
Interior Designer at Madden McFarland since 1993

“Blending a vintage rug with a modern sofa can give new life to an architecturally-rich home.” Sharon, who studied Commercial Art in St. Louis and Graphic Design at the Kansas City Art Institute, has applied her training and instincts to interior design for more than 25 years. She is highly organized and professional and possesses a keen sense of color. Sharon’s approach with clients includes learning about their style, what they like or want – and then nudging them to the edge of their comfort zone with an idea or a question such as, “What if a spectacular wallpaper could change the entire complexion of this room? Imagine the possibilities!”

I love to remodel older homes – not to take them back to what they were, but to move them forward.
